Before launching Rain43 under a client-service rallying cry of Helping Business Grow, John held the position of Managing Partner at GJP Advertising & Design, Divisional President of Mosaic Marketing and Technology, and President/CEO of Medium One, one of Canada's first and largest interactive agencies, which he later sold to Mosaic. John has been a thought leader in the emerging trends of digital, technology and communication, and has a weekly segment discussing trends in marketing on the Business News Network (catch it at 10:40 am every Friday!).

Over the last 18 years, Christine has worked with a long list of Canada's best-known brands, including RBC Financial Group, Coca-Cola, Kraft, Nestlé, and Rogers. Christine is seen by her clients and partners as a business leader with a clear focus on delivering the best communications solutions on time and on budget. In her role as the VP, Client Partner on the Rogers business, Christine led a team of 60 in developing fully integrated campaigns including TV, digital, social content and in-store collateral.

Laura has worked at several of Canada's top agencies on a range of categories and clients, including in the financial, B2B, retail, health & wellness, CPG, non- profit, and public sector. After a significant tenure as a strategically focused account lead, Laura officially crossed over to the strategic planning world taking all her formidable leadership, communication and brand-building skills with her. She truly believes all great work stems from a solid foundation rooted in insight, playing a meaningful role, and the desire to differentiate. Dave got into advertising in 1995. He was the guy who told everyone, "the Internet will be big". And as brands became more and more web savvy he guided them to great success. For over 20 years, this self-proclaimed "geek" helped brands make deep connections with their customers, including Freedom Mobile, The Ontario Toyota Dealers Association, Sentry Investments, the Government of Ontario, TD Waterhouse, John Hancock, RBC, Bank of America, General Motors (Cadillac, Chevrolet, Goodwrench), BMW, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Ford, Wendy's, WIND Mobile, TELUS Mobility, Rogers, Sprint, Sony PlayStation, Sun Chips, Frito-Lay, Quaker, Coors, Air Miles, Radio Shack, Suncor, and the Dave Thomas Foundation.

Since his early rise to Art Direction stardom, he has worked on Air Miles, John Hancock, MasterCard, SunChips, BMW Canada, New Balance, Virgin Mobile, and led the entire 2010 Winter Olympics digital program for Bell Canada - as well as all digital work for TELUS over a four-year span. Prior to coming to Rain43, he also led award-winning work on Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC, WIND, Wendy's, and Hewlett Packard.

Camielle Clark has more than 25 years of production experience spanning everything from television and documentaries to content and events. Previously, she oversaw production at JWT, Grey, and Edelman. Recently, she has specialized in content production and integrated programs, with clients including Kraft-Heinz, HP, Starbucks, Mondelēz, KFC, Janssen, Johnson & Johnson, and many more. Her work has won Cannes, London International, ADCC, Applied Arts, Marketing, and Clio awards. She has bad dogs from Turks and Caicos, but she loves them anyway.

With 20 years of marketing experience across both senior client and agency roles, Dennis quickly grasps the complete spectrum of any brand’s needs. He’s a problem-solver and brand unifier who has built cross-functional teams to address dozens of marketing and communication challenges and inspire many fully integrated business-building and award-winning solutions. Dennis’s category experience spans arts & culture, automotive, education, energy, financial services, not-for-profit, real estate/development, restaurants, retail, technology, telecommunications, and transportation working with brands such as Allseating, Enbridge, Fas Gas, Honda, Mitsubishi, Moxie’s, SAIT, Servus Credit Union, and Volvo.
